Check-In & Check-Out Time

• Check-In Time: Onboarding starts at 8:30 AM (all guests must arrive at least one day before the trip).
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM or based on departure flight time.

1. Full accommodation (cabin with AC, double bed & en-suite bathroom with hot & cold shower).
2. Organic amenities & essential oils.
3. Transportation to & from the airport or hotel.
4. All activities and excursions according to the itinerary.
5. Gourmet meals onboard, including snacks.
6. Movie & Karaoke.
7. Wifi.
8. Free-flow coffee, tea, & water.
9. Snorkeling gear, paddleboard, & canoe.
10. Cruise Director.

Excludes

1. All entrance fees.
2. Travel insurance.
3. All flight tickets.
4. Komodo National Park fee.
5. Drone ticket for Komodo National Park.
6. Personal expenses.
7. Alcoholic drinks.

Reservation Policy

All bookings are confirmed only after the Down Payment is made. Elbark Cruise reserves the right to cancel bookings if the Down Payment is not completed. By making a Down Payment, guests agree to all terms and conditions of Elbark Cruises.

Payment and Billing Arrangement

• The rates apply for the issued year and may change annually due to fuel costs, additional routes/activities, government regulations, or other conditions outside Elbark Cruises’ control.
• A 30% Down Payment is required. Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the departure date.
• Children aged 5 years and above will be charged the full fee.
• Bank charges should be paid by the sender, and Elbark Cruise should receive the payment in full. Elbark Cruise is not responsible for any additional bank charges incurred during payment transfers.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made by the participant before the departure date, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

• After registration: The deposit is forfeited (non-refundable).
• 30-15 days before the departure date: 75% of the tour package cost.
• Less than 15 days before the departure date: 100% of the tour package cost.

Cancellation fees also apply to participants who change the departure date or tour package/type. If the cancellation occurs due to force majeure (unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, riots, terrorism, etc.), participants may reschedule to another date.
